Made the order in a bit of a rush as I was going away and I wanted the items delivered before the weekend, which is always touch and go when ordering in the EU. Told by the sales rep they would send it out that same day but couldn't guarantee DHL delivery timescales... took the risk and the item showed up 3 days later, despite being withheld in Germany due to weather conditions. For some reason, my Antivirus did not want me to pay via Swedbank, but regardless these guys get 5 stars for quick turn around and great communication. Will happily purchase from this company again.
