10mg vial of Tirzepatide

I ordered a 10mg of Tirzepatide and requested to also purchase bac water. The order shipped within 12 hours and was received well packaged by FedEx in 3 biz days. I was shocked to find a full brand name bac water in the box. I took my 1st 2.5mg dose Saturday. By Monday the food noise was dead & gone.
